The K Bar Pro has unique rotating straps on either end of the bar, which requires greater focus and slower movements in order to keep the kettlebells steady. The slower movement intensifies your training as it takes more mental focus, strength and core engagement to keep the right balance. We can all do reps on gym equipment and free weights, but this unique technique challenges you one step further and harder.
If you have experience using barbells, you will find using the K Bar Pro will come naturally to you. It has been designed with safety in mind and you will naturally control the movement of the kettlebells to prevent injury.
